1. Funeral of the Old Gods
Nietzsche’s cry was a gravestone.
God is dead.
Not a victory march.
A warning bell.
The sacred has been dismantled,
but the hunger for meaning still claws at us.
We replaced the altar with the marketplace.
We replaced prayer with productivity.
We replaced salvation with self-optimization.
Progress is a treadmill—
we run faster, yet remain in place.
Consumption is a feast of ash—
every bite emptier than the last.
